• I love these pictures so good! I have that same prbolem in the Winter, Fall not so much but Winter is always a challenge, I usually go around the city and try to find nice indoor well lit spots. Have you tried lifting your chin just a little when taking pictures, this tends to eliminate dark circles the camera can make and all the light hides the shadows that appear under your eyes, I have this prbolem sometimes and just by lifting my chin a little it helps. • I still make a Christmas list for my mom every year! She asks for it, so I oblige. Ha! Items on my list this year ilnucde a cutlery set and a pair of boots from anthropologie. But I agree with you, I am happy even if I don't get anything. I just love the whole season and everything that goes with it!

• this is corrie.becky, i'm SO glad you're ok. sonuds freaky. so i did joshua as prxed except i'm no where near a 185# DL, so i did 115# which is good for me. my time was 33:25 and every once in a great while i'll focus on something greater than myself especially during the harder wods. today I thought about my sister-in-law's brother who just got diagnosed with brain cancer. it puts things into perspective pretty quick for me in my big whiney head. the pain of joshua suddenly didn't seem so bad. i'm grateful to have this community of people who are willing to be engaged in suffering. Suffering is what changes us, i'm convinced. Thanks for spurring me on. Keep it up CFGPers!

• well, jesse, today one more almost did me in. i thuoght i could pull off the 20 pullups unbroken for the 3rd set. i felt great going into it and then at # 12, i stopped, didn't come off but had to hang. i got one, then 2, then 2, then 1 then a bad one, a good one and then hung there waiting for the last one. i kipped as hard as a could, b/c that's all i was thinking about. didn't even occur that my brain would have to say hold on to the bar, becky! your hands are tired. well ..chris saw it.i recovered, performed one round of the intelligence test stretched and went home. so everyone, YES, try for one more just HANG ON!
